Aging is an inevitable process, and eventually outward signs will show on a person such as wrinkled skin, graying hair, and a less able body. Although technological advancements in skin care may minimize crow’s feet and wrinkles, nothing beats a healthy diet and an exercise regimen for a more fulfilling and healthier aging experience.
